House rules

• A stay at our apartment starts at 4 p.m. on the first day and ends at 10 a.m. on the last day of your stay. 

• All guests have to take care of their own belongings and valuables by themselves. The owner of the apartment is not liable for any loss of your belongings or valuables. Guests have a safe at their disposal for documents and valuables.

• Daily rest period is from 1 to 3 p.m. The time of night rest begins at 10 p.m. and ends at 8 a.m. next morning. During this time, all the guests are urged and obliged to respect the appropriate peace and quiet as a consideration to other guests.

• During their stay, guests are able to use all offered units and appliances inside the apartment, as well as a masonry grill on our terrace (guests must provide the coal themselves). It is explicitly forbidden to use the grill from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and during strong wind. Guests are kindly asked to clean the grill with the appropriate kit which is located near the grill. While handling the grill please pay attention that no hot coals fall out of the grill in order to prevent fires.

• Instructions for the use of all the appliances are made available to the guests and they are obliged to use them appropriately and with respect. In case of breakage or loss of a certain object or an appliance in the apartment, guests are obliged to inform the host about the matter at the time of the incident and also obliged to refund the value of a broken or lost object.

• The apartment host has a right to enter the apartment (including when the guest is absent), to avoid damage or dangerous situations arising in the property. In case of such a visit, the host will inform the guest(s) about the time and the reason of such intervention.

• When using the air conditioning, it is necessary to close the windows and balcony doors to avoid unnecessary energy consumption. Leaving the air conditioning on when guests are outside the apartment is prohibited.

• Please close the front door of the accommodation while you are inside and when leaving the property. When leaving the building, be sure to lock the doors and close the windows, turn off the lighting and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove...) and turn off the water.

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

• It is forbidden to organize any kind of parties.

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

• Any person, who is not registered as a guest in the “Summer Dream” apartment is not allowed to stay overnight in the apartment.

• It is not allowed to bring weapons, illegal substances or any other dangerous goods into the apartment.

• Carrying any other objects, extra beds, appliances, devices or machines into our apartment is allowed only with the host´s consent.

• For the introduction of any type of equipment (diving, hunting, fishing, sports equipment), except for those that are common for everyday use in the household, guests must seek the consent of the host.

• Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house and the surrounding area, and in the event of an accident, they are responsible for the consequences.

• Guests have at their disposal a communal swimming pool, with an outdoor shower, deck chairs and parasols. The pool and the pool area are used by guests at their own risk. Before entering the pool, pay attention to the pictorial instructions on behaviour at the pool.

The following are not allowed:

- entering the pool in shoes

- bring mattresses, swimming boards, toys

- running, jumping into the water, diving and other activities that can cause damage

- use of the pool by non-swimmers unattended

- entering the pool with infectious diseases

- damage to the premises and equipment of swimming pools, deck chairs and parasols

• The use of candles and any open flame source is expressly prohibited. Any damage caused by guests' negligence will have to be paid with their own funds to the property owner.

• Before departure, the guest is obliged to hand over the apartment to the host clean and tidy. It is necessary to throw the garbage in the bins provided for this.
