The guests will get the key for the apartment, which they keep until the end of their stay. The key is located in the key box in front of the entrance door to the apartment - the guests will receive a code for the key box by e-mail before their arrival. The guests must keep the key and take care of locking the door as the owners bear no responsibility for the missing items. After completing their stay in the apartment, guests are required to leave the key in the key box. The loss of the key is charged 30 €.
The guests will receive the entry code for the front door of the building by e-mail few days before arrival.
The guests have at their disposal one private parking space marked S2 (first on the left side of the parking lot), included in the rental price.
The guests have at their disposal a safe for documents, jewelry and valuables. The code of the safe is chosen by the guest in the way described in the Welcome book, chapter 5, Instructions for use. After ending their stay the guests have to leave the safe open.
Thorough arrangement and cleaning of the apartment is in the hosts responsibility and is carried out by the professional cleaning agency at each guest shift. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are changed to guests during each shift of guests and every seven days for the stay of guests in the apartment. The guests who stay longer than seven days, will have clean bed linen, towels and kitchen towels provided, and they will change them by themselves. Used bed linen, towels and kitchen towels the guests put in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
Garbage disposal – all waste from the apartment guests are obliged to dispose of in the garbage bins located in the parking lot in front of the building - biodegradable waste in the green bins and mixed waste (paper, plastic, metal, glass...) in the green/orange bins.
