Sv. Filip i Jakov is perfectly located in the heart of the Adriatic coast and stretches along the coast in an enchanting way. Here you will find many attractions; museums, historical old towns, beautiful beaches with numerous amenities, the shade of pine trees, traces of history that tell the story of kings and sunken ships and a view of the Pasman Channel and islands with beautiful sunsets.
The Summer Dream apartment is located in the quiet, residential area of the Sv. Filip i Jakov which allows guests to explore the area with ease, while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment.
It is a spacious and modern decorated apartment, made for your relaxation and for an unforgettable holiday. It is fully equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.

The centre of Sv. Filip i Jakov is only 700 metres away. There you can find a post office, bakery, bank, ATM and tourist office. In its many nice restaurants, you can find something for everyone. A large supermarket is located only 400 metres from the apartment. The nearest beaches are Iza Banja (1100m), Croatia (700m) and Morovićka (1000m).
The nearest airport in Zadar is only 20km away. It is easily accessible by bus, taxi or Uber. Alternatively, you can use also the airport in Split which is 110km away.
Besides its restaurants and beaches, the town is known for a lovely coastal promenade (which additionally connects the settlements of Sveti Petar and Turanj). Thanks to the walkway’s splendid nature and stretches of sea, it’s often a setting for water polo tournaments – plus there’s plenty of recreational biking and walking you can do.

The apartment offers everything for a wonderful holiday in approx. 58m².
With two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, it is suitable for the perfect family holiday as well as for 4 adults.
There is a cozy dining area and the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for an imaginative family lunch.
One parking space, with charger for electrical vehicles, is located directly in front of the house and is included in the price.
You can enjoy sunshine in the large garden and terrace.
In case of a bad weather, Summer Dream apartment has a very good Wi-Fi connection and offers you entertainment on 3 LCD Smart TVs.
